What is hemp?

Hemp is a Cannabis sativa L. plant, or any part of that plant, in which the concentration of total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in the flowering tops is equal to, or less than, the regulated maximum level as established by authorities having jurisdiction. (ASTM D8270-23b)
